
What was the initial spark that brought Rudholm to life in 1951?
Until 1990, Rudholm & Haak was a Swedish agent for European trimmings. After Jonas Wollin took over, the company has grown to have sales offices and production facilities in 22 countries.
Since then the company has grown from a family business, to a global leader. What do you put this success down to?
We have become a market leader in the textile industry through our quick response time, problem-solving skills, innovative approach and our strong relationships within our company, as well as with our customers and suppliers.

Can you give us a brief overview of what Rudholm offers and what makes it’s products different within the current market?
Rudholm Group produces garment accessories and sustainable packaging, offering state-of-the-art digital solutions and providing logistical services for the textile industry. There are NINE production hubs across the globe, all with local production under Rudholm ownership, to secure local production, quick lead times, a reduced the carbon footprint, and overall efficiency. Our range is high quality, fit for purpose, functional, and adds value to any product.
How do you use digital solutions in the textile industry?
Rudholm Group in the last several years have invested in digital solutions and believes strongly in the importance of transparency between all stakeholders. This digital identity guarantees the authenticity and traceability of products, as well as provide information about your products in order to help customers make sustainable choices. Using our range of digital labels for digital identity is the building block of a more circular business model. Our Tech team are constantly developing new solutions for the future.

What haveyou done regarding sustainability?
Rudholm Group is a founding member of the SwedishTextile Initiative for Climate Action (STICA.) By developing realistic time-bound plans and actions across Scope 1,2,&3, we have reduced our GHG emissions globally and will continue to do so.
Focusing on sustainability, Rudholm Group delivers quality products and solutions - from design to distribution - that are good for people, products,and the environment. We support our clients to make sustainable choices. With a view for a sustainable future, our aim is that all our products will be made from recycled, certified biodegradable, and natural raw-materials.
Sven, how long have you been with thecompany and what is your role?
Currently I am Head of Sales and a member of the senior leadership team at Rudholm. I have been working here for eight years and my role involves managing internal staff, dealing with sales staff in ten different countries, and participating in organisational development.

What is exciting you the most about the work you are doing at Rudholm currently?
I enjoy working to develop our company through partnerships with companies that believe in what we do and do what we believe in. The textile industry is dynamic and always changing, so you always learn something new.
